Cook Time: 10 mins


Ingredients:

  • 1 Zucchini (Grated)

  • 1 Medium size onion

  • 1 cup chickpea flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp milk

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp carrot seeds

  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley


Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together keep it aside

  2. Heat the pan with oil.. Test the temp by putting a drop of mixture in to the oil if it come up and float instantly then its reached the right temperature.

  3. Start adding pakoras with the help of spoon one by one and let it turns little golden in color on both the sides then remove in paper cloth and serve...


Serve immediately with your favourite drink...
