Chickpeas flour recipe enriched with some fresh veggies

Chickpeas flour is lower in carbohydrates and loaded with proteins and fibre. Its a great alternative of wheat flour.. its also a great source of iron, magnesium and vitamin b-6.
Number of ways to use chickpeas flour out of which I am sharing one recipe is very simple and very good option for wholesome breakfast.
Its gluten free alternative to wheat flour so again a good point to include in your diet.
Prepration time: 10 mins
Cooking tome: 10 mins
1/4 cup spring onion (chopped)
1 medium size tomato (chopped)
3/4 cup chickpea flour
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves shopped
1 tbsp oil for frying
Take a bowl and add all the ingredients together with 1/2 cup of water.. adjust to make it a smooth consistency.
Heat the pan on medium flame and start adding in pancakes size portion.
Flip after 10-12 sec...
Toast on both the sides properly for 1-2 mins
And its ready...
Serve hot with some fresh breads
