One of my favrorire rice recipe..
Very simple and easy to cook all you. need few ingredients and some tomatoes..
If you like tomatoes then this recipe is for you...
You can make this recipe on lunch/dinner or just when you are tired and don't want to work so hard on cooking...!
Because life is good when you eat good food...!
So lets dive into recipe and how to make Tomato fried rice...
Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
1 Cup rice
1/4 Cup fresh parsley/ coriander leaves
2 Medium size tomatoes
1/2 Cup spring onions
1 Tsp cumin seeds
1 Tsp garam masala
1/2 Tsp red chilli powder or paprika
1 Tsp salt (Adjust as per taste)
1 Tsp pure ghee or olive oil
Boil the rice with 1/2 tsp salt and keep aside
Take a pan and add ghee, cumin seeds let it sputter for some secs then add onions saute for about 1 min in medium flame then add tomatoes, and spices
Saute it for 1-2 mins then add rice and mix together and garnish with parsley or coriander.
Serve hot and enjoy...!
