Smooth and creamy easy topping for any dessert..
Ready in mins and super soft and smooth melts in mouth can be used for coffee cakes, muffins or just fruits etc.
My fav is in cold coffee yum and sweet taste just enhances the taste of coffee.
Well is very simple recipe so lets dive in...
Preparation time: 5 mins
Serving: 2 cups
1 Cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup or confectionary sugar
Make sure everything is cold...
In the mixing bowl take fresh heavy cream, add vanilla extract and maple syrup.. whisk it stand mixer on high speed, first it will form bubbles and then smooth consistency in 1 mins.
Do not over mix since it will become more greasy and lumpy
And you are. done...
Serve immediately or can store in air tight container for 12 hours.
Enjoy coffee with whipped cream... sprinkled some fresh chocolate powder...
