One great way of adding loads of Nutrients, herbs, fibre and good fats. one of the most delicious and easy recipe to try for lunch dinner or on a lazy day.
How to make:
Preparation time: 5mins
Cooktime: 20 mins
1 bowl Rice (100-120grms)
Broccoli stalks (1/2 bowl)
Pepper seed (1 tsp)
Bay leaves (1-2)
Olive oil (1 tsp)
Salt (1 Tsp)
Olive Olive (1 Tbs)
Cumin Seeds (1tsp)
One Chopped Onion
Garam masala (1 tsp)
Chilli powder (1 tsp)
Biryani masala (If Available 1tsp)
Turmeric (1/2 tsp)
Parsley (1/4 cup chopped)
Wash and keep rice in water for 5 mins. In the Rice cooker put oiland then all the whole ingredients for rice.
Sorte it for 2-3 mins with broccoli, then put rice salt and let it cook for 10 mins. 2. mins in high flame and 8 mins in min low flame.
Meanwhile take a large pan set to medium flame, put oil cumin and onion fry till it turn little golden, add all the spices and Eggs at the end and mix it.
Once its evenly mixed add cooked rice and give a final mix. Lastly Garnish with Parsley/ coriander.
PS: Do not mix immediately after you put eggs in the pan.
Serve with some olives on the side to enchase overall taste..
