I can't wait to give you this super easy recipe which you can make from pumpkin this fall season..

Its enriched with nuts, fiber and vitamins... so warm and tasty that you can't resist...

All you need is pumpkin and some love....To make it right!

So lets make some...

Preparation time:40- 45 mins

Cook Time: 30-35 mins

Ingredients for Pudding:

  • 1/4 cup ghee or coconut oil

  • 1 1/3 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar/ jaggery

  • 3/4 cup milk powder / full cream

  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

  • Some crushed almonds

Ingredients for waffle:

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 egg white1/3 cup all purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Heat the pan and add ghee pumpkin puree and mix well and keep stirring on medium flame till the time pumpkin puree absorbs ghee..

  2. Add sugar, milk powder and cardamom and keep stirring till you form a right consistency..

  3. Keep stirring on the low flame till the time pudding turns into brown in color.

  4. Once you get the desired consistency switch of the flame and add almonds..

  5. For waffle preheat the oven up to 375 F.

  6. Take a. bowl add all the ingredients and make a smooth batter.

  7. In the baking tray place baking sheet and pour batter 2 at a time..

  8. Make a thin layer and place in oven for 8-9 mins till it turn light golden in color..

  9. After 8 mins remove from the oven and instantly give a desired shape..

  10. Let it cool for 8-10 mins and put some pudding and enjoy!

Most preferably serve hot...
