Loaded with fruits and vitamins and super delicious to satisfy sweet cravings..
Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 30 mins
1-1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
3/4 cup raw honey
2 ripe bananas mashed
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup fresh fruits of your choice
1 cup greek yogurt
Pre- heat oven up to 350 F.
Take a bowl and mash bananas add honey, cinnamon, salt and oats. Mix well and start adding in to muffin cups and press lightly to the edges to form like cups.
Chop fresh fruits and keep it aside
After 30 mins let the oats cup cool down for about 15-20 mins.
Then after add yogurt and fruits as toppings and refrigerate for about 1-2 hour.
