Easy snack time.. recipe with some basic ingredients which is readily available in your kitchen anytime...
Maggi is my child time favourite snack...
I can have it daily but sorry that's not the good option but once a while you can treat indulge yourself to it...
Preparation time: 5mins
Cooking time: 10 mins
200 grams maggi
2 tsp olive oil
1 medium size onion (chopped)
1 medium size tomato (chopped)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chill or paprika powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste..
1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
Heat the pan add oil and onion saute it about 2-3 mins than add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, tomato, paprika, garam masala and salt...
Saute it for 2-3 mins till the masala start sticking to your pan... pour 2 cups of water.. add Maggi and Maggi magic masala.. And let it shimmer for 4-5mins (If you want little soupy then add little more water.
Once the Maggi cooked.. garnish it with coriander and serve hot...
You can also add 1 cheese or butter cube to enhance the taste more...
