Mango Banana Smoothie

One of my Fav fruit and an excellent source of Vitamin A (Beneficial for healthy eyes & immunity).




Preparation time: 5 mins

Serving 2


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 2 mangoes

  • 2 cup skimmed milk

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2tbsp Plain Yogurt


INSTRUCTIONS


Place it into the pitcher of Blender and blend it about 1-2 mins.

Pour into the glass and serve with nuts seeds and dried berries.


Best served Nuts are Almonds, walnuts, pecan, cranberry, blueberry and seeds like sunflower, and chia seeds. Also you can use berries like blueberry or cranberry.
