With very minimal ingredients you can make it for lunch, dinner or anytime you like..
Cauliflower is a good source of s naturally fiber and B-vitamins. t also contains fiber to enhance weight loss and digestion.
So let get in to more fibre keto recipe.
Preparation time: 10mins
Cooking time: 15mins
1 cup Cauliflower florets
1/2 cup sweet potatoes (if not keto then can add regular potatoes)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
Wash and Cut the florets and sweet potatoes without skin in to bite size.
Heat the pan and add oil, cumin seeds and cauliflower florets.
Stir fry till and add salt, turmeric and let it cook evenly for 10-12 mins in medium to low flame.
Add Chilli powder once it cooked properly.
Note: Do not over stir or th florets will break.
And its ready can have with some Roti, flatbread of just like that...
