This recipe is a fusion of guacamole, chicken tandoori and a chunchy tart.. Just yum and delicious as it looks... Must give it a try for Party time snacks or for just weekend dinner and drinks recipe.

Homemade tart at home without the tart mould its easy and simple
So lets start with the recipe.
For Tart making
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
5-6 tbsp water
3/4 unsalted butter
Instructions:
Take a bowl add flour, butter, salt and water and. make a nice dough..
Rest and refrigerate it for 30 mins
After 30 mins form a 2 inch diameter flatbread and place it on muffin tray and press gently at the bottom
Take fruit fork and start pressing at the edges and form a tart type shape.
Poke with the help of fork at the bottom of each tart
Bake at 375 F preheated oven for 20-25 mins
Remove from oven let it cool for 10 mins
Ingredients for Chicken Tandoori:
350 gram chicken (chopped in to bite size pieces)
2 tsp chicken tandoori masala
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Marinate the chicken into all the spices as mentioned above and keep it aside for 30mins
Heat the pan and add oil and saute till it cooked well and little brown in color.
Avocado Dip:
2 ripe avocados
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 lemon juice
1 chilli powder ( you can put green chillies too)
1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
1/2 inch ginger (shredded)
2 cloves of garlic (shredded)
Instructions:
Take a bowl and mashed avocados and add the spices and mix well and make a smooth paste.
Finally....
Instructions for Chicken Tart:
Take homemade tart and start filling Avocado as a base and topped with chicken and garnish with some oregano.
And its ready to eat...
