I have stopped buying outside paneer once I started making at home its super easy and healthy way to avoid preservative and other bacteria which forms over a period of time in such foods.
In this recipe technique is more important than ingredients so be mindful on you look into technique to make it..
1 1/2 litre of whole full fat milk
1/2 cup lemon juice or 1 whole lemon
Mix lemon juice with 2 tbsp water
Place a bowl with muslin cloth and keep it aside.
Boil milk till it rises, then switch off the flame and start adding lemon juice by 1 tsp at a time and keep stirring...
Once you finish the whole lemon juice the milk must have breakout completely...
Immediately pour the milk on drainer into the bowl with muslin cloth and let it drain completely.
Once drained completely cover with muslin cloth and gently press.. Make sure it hot so do it gently..
After that keep it under some weight where the remaining water from the paneer will let out.. for about an 1-2 hour..
Remove from muslin cloth and put it in the chilled water for 1/2 an hour.
And its ready...
You can see and taste the fluffiness and sweetness in malai paneer naturally...
You can store this paneer in air tight container for uptown 2 days..
You can also use the leftist out water from the paneer for any curry to make it tangy taste or you can also use on your hair it will nourish and motorize your hair naturally.
