In India its one of the most favourite breakfast enjoyed with curd or pickle...
Nutrition wise its super healthy and filling..
So lets see how to make it...

Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins
1 cup chopped fenugreek leaves (Methi)
1 cup whole wheat flour (Atta)
1/2 cup chickpea flour (Besan)
3 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder or chopped green chillies
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
Take a bowl add all the all the ingredients and make a nice dough..
Medium Heat the pan and start adding one flatbread at a time and roast it by oiling on both the sides once its slightly done then put the oil on the other side and roast it well
Serve with fresh yogurt or pickle..
To store it for later.. add little pure ghee in one side of the thepla and keep it on airtight container.
You can have it for 2-3 days if it stored in cool and dry place depending on the climate where you stay...
