I discovered this recipe when the people started talking about avocado benefits..
It has loads of benefits and research says that the best time to eat avocado is the morning time as it increase blood flow in the body..
This fruit is considered to be one of the healthiest food in the world..
Avocados are loaded with (folic acid), healthy monounsaturated fats, vitamin C, K, B potassium and other minerals and fiber.
Avocados contains healthy good fats (monounsaturated and omega-3 and low omega-6 polyunsaturated fats) which plays a vital role in estrogen production and reproductive hormonal balance.
However research also say pregnant or breast feeding women should avoid avocado consumption as it reduces milk production..
Well there are numerous ways to use avocado and one of the simplest way is to make Parathas (Bread) with any curry...
So let dive into how to make it..
Well its easy and quick recipe...
Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time 10 mins
1 cups whole wheat flour
2 ripe avocados
1 inch ginger garlic
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves chopped
1 green chilli (finely chopped)
1 tsp oil.
Take a bowl mash avocados add flour with all the ingredients and make a nice dough if needed add little bit of water..
Divide it in to 4 -5 equal portion and start rolling with rolling pin in rectangular (3 fold) or square (4 fold) or just round the way you want...
Place it to griddle and flip once u see small bubbles...
Add oil or ghee on each side and flip till it gets light golden...
Serve hot with any curry or just have it like that... its tasty...
