Its so cool and spongy and will be ready in just 1 min in microwave without any hassle...

The awesome breakfast recipe in mins and when you make you will be glad with your creation..

When first time I made this I was so happy with the way it turned out... so I felt like sharing it you guys...

In some cases people might take more than 1 min so do microwave for more 15-30 secs and it will be ready...

You can have this with any nut butter, jam or with your favourite fillings...

I made it with pouch egg to give extra kick to the recipe and high energy so that you don't feel crave for food sooner in the morning again...

Well then lets start with the recipe then..

Preparation time: 2 mins

Cook Time: 1-1.5 mins


  • 1/4 cup blanched Almond flour

  • 1 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp oil (coconut or olive oil)

  • 1 egg


  1. Mix dry ingredients evenly and then add 1 egg and combine well together.

  1. Take a microwave safe mug at least 5 cm max 8cm and add in the mixture..

  2. Microwave it for 1 min and do the toothpick test if it comes out clean then its cooked if not add in for more 15-30sec depending on microwave.

  3. Remove from the microwave and flip the mug and Tap on the top so that it releases from the mug.

  4. Cut in to 2 slice and enjoy with poach egg

  5. Sprinkle some Italian seasoning for more wonderful taste...

And its done...

Storage: You can store this in to airtight container up to 2-3 days in freezer upto month.

If you want to have later just reheat in microwave for 15 secs or just toast it and have with your fav nut butter, or eggs or chicken...
