Trust me those spices makes the wonder and reduces your lot of effort in kitchen.

So lets dive into making of this wonderful recipe.


Preparation Time: 30 mins

Cooking Time: 40 mins


Ingredients:


Chicken Marination;

  1. Wash and cut chicken into pieces as per your desired length.

  2. Marinate chicken with 1 tsp cumin powder, salt, kashmiri chilli powder, yogurt, 2 tsp tandoori masala and salt.

  3. Keep it aside for 30 mins


Directions for chicken gravy

  1. Heat the pan and add oil, onion and saute for 2-3 mins till it gets translucent in color.

  2. Then add ginger and garlic and fry for 1-2 mins.

  3. Add all the spices like turmeric, coriander, chicken masala, salt and chilli powder and saute for more 1-2 mins.

  4. Now add marinated chicken into the masala and keep stirring in interval on high flame for 10 min.

  5. After 10 mins reduce the flame into medium and cook for more 20 mins.

  6. By that time the chicken must be cooked well now add lemon juice and kasoori methi and switch off the flame.


Enjoy with Rice or naan...!
