Tip to make it perfectly juicy is use of char broil thermometer
Its really helpful when you are making chicken at home its checks the right temperature so that the chicken cooks at the right way...
You can buy from anywhere or from the link as per your wish or if you already have then its great to go..
So lets dive in to recipe now..
Preparation time: 15 mins
Cooking time 20-25 mins
500 grams Boneless chicken thighs or breast (washed and marinated in salt and turmeric 1/2 spoon each)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chicken tandoori masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp Olive oil
Take a bowl and marinate chicken with salt and turmeric for 15-20 mins
Mix all the dry ingredients together with marinated chicken
Medium Heat the grill pan add oil and start adding chicken keep flipping after every 1 mins
Check the right temperature with charbroil thermometer.. The chicken cooks at 165 F, 75 C.
Once it reaches to that temperature take out from the pan.
Serve hot and topped with fresh lemon juice.
