Preparation: 5mins
Cook time- 30 mins
Servings: 16-18
Ingredients:
4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup raw pecan
1 cup almonds
1/2 dried cranberry
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 sunflower seeds
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Pre- heat oven to 400 F
Add all the ingredients in to the mixing bowl

Add maple syrup and oil with salt and combine together well...

Place it into baking sheet and bake for 30 mins. Stir after every 10 mins to avoid burning...

Once it get lightly brown in texture remove from the oven and let it cool for 10-15mins.
It will get little crunchy once it cools down...

Transfer the granola in Air tight container and it will last up to 1 month...
Enjoy your full energy packed granola with yogurt, fresh fruits etc...
