Coconut is best source of fibre, magnesium and helps to boost immune system and supports brain health.
Also promotes healthy skin and prevents candida and heart disease and. many more benefits.
One of the easiest and healthy dessert to have...
I experimented and made 3 types of variants from organic coconut flour and it turned out well...
I made 3 types of coconut balls, which is. Milk, Chocolate, & Roasted.....Hope you guys will like it...
Straight to the recipe now....
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time 10-15 mins
1 cup organic coconut flour or dry shredded coconut
1/2 cup condensed milk
3/4 cup melted unsalted butter
2 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 cup melted dark chocolate or milk chocolate
2 tsp grated almond
Take a bowl and add coconut flour, condensed milk, cardamom powder, and melted butter combine well together to make like a dough.
Grease your hand with butter and start rolling like a ball shape.
Once you make all the coconut balls you can divide the type of flavour you want or you can make one particular flavour only...
For chocolate just dip it into the melted chocolate and freeze for half an hour to one hour...
Another flavour is milk coated, where in you just need to dip into milk let the coconut soak the other layer of the balls and then set it aside.
Lastly is the roasted coconut balls for which you need to pre-heat the oven to 375 degree F. Place the balls in baking tray, milk washed & garnish with grated almond. Bake for about 10 mins or until you see little golden brown on the outer layer on the coconut balls.
And it done...:-)
You can store this coconut balls upto 3-4 days if refrigerated.
