Chinese fried rice in Indian spices and herbs...
Super delicious and irresistible taste of tanginess and flacons of spices.
One of my fav in rice dishes and very easy way to make it just 10mins....
Ever since I was a kid, I keep on going for Chinese foods specially Chinese rice with Manchurian.. May be later will also share Manchurian recipes
So let go straight to recipe...
Preparation time: 5 mins
Cook time: 20 mins
1 1/2 cup boiled rice
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp cumin seeds
1 cup spring onion (chopped)
1/2 cup green peas
1/2 cup cabbage
1/2 cup Peppers (Green, red or yellow)
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp wine vinegar
2 tsp salt (Adjust as per your taste)
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chilli powder or paprika
1 tbsp parsley
Boil rice with 1 tsp of salt once the rice is cooked drain the water and keep it aside to cool.
Heat the pan with oil and add cumin once sputtered add onion fry for about 2 mins then add the remaining veggies followed by spices.
Once its mixed and saute add Rice followed by Soy sauce and vinegar.
Give a good mix...
Garnish with fresh parsley
Serve hot with dry chicken or egg or just like that...
