Yummy in my tummy whenever I make this I get hungry fast.. this is so delicious and super easy to make..
Perfect recipe for dinner/lunches and loaded with lots of proteins and fibre..
Can have with plain roti, naan, or rice whichever combination you like for dinner..
Or just can have it like this its super yummy..
I love it in anyways because its one my fav curry recipe..
Lets dive in to how ti make it...
Preparation time: 20 mins
Cooking time 20-25 mins
1 1/2 cup Black eyed bean (Lobia/chouli)
1 Onion chopped
1 big size tomato (pureed)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp ginger (Finely chopped)
4-5 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp salt.
1 glass water
1/2 tsp pure ghee (optional)
Boil black eyed bean with 1 tsp salt in the pressure cooker for 10 min or till it get soften.
Heat the pan add oil, cumin seeds saute and then add onion fry for 1-2 mins add ginger and garlic and saute it for about 2 mins.
Add tomato puree and followed by all spices.
Saute it for 2-3 mins till all the moisture absorbs
Add Black eyed bean and water...
Simmer for 2-3 mins till it boils... add 1/2 tsp of pure ghee to enhance the taste.
Enjoy with with hot rice...
