Black chickpea in asian countries its called black chana which is good source of fibre and It also flushes out all the harmful toxins from your body.


Black chickpea normally need to be soaked before eating as it prevents constipation.


There are numerous ways to include black chana in your diet here is the easy recipe which you can include in your diet.

Cooking time: 30 mins

Serving: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup Black chickpea (Kala chana)

  • 1 cucumber diced

  • 1 tomato diced

  • 1/4 cup coriander leaved chopped

  • 2 tsp chat masala

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 whole lemon juice

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • 1/4 cup raw peanuts

  • 5-6 olives chopped



Directions:

  1. Soak black chickpeas overnight and boil till its well cooked.

  2. Take a bowl and mix all ingredients together..

  3. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve


Easy and quick salad on the go..
