Refreshing and quench summer drink
One of my favourite an anytime drink....
Strawberry are rich in fibre, vitamins C and anti-oxidants. They are among the top 20 most antioxidant-rich fruits.
Preparation time: 5 mins
1 Ripe Banana
2 cups Skimmed milk
2 tbsp flavoured yogurt (Strawberr, Blueberry, Vanila, or Plain)
1 cup fresh Strawberries
2 cube of ice
1 tbsp honey
Place all ingredients in to the pitcher of the blender and blend it for about 1-2 mins
Pour into the glass and serve with Nuts, Seeds and dried berries.
Best Nuts and seeds to Garnish is Almonds, Walnuts, Pecans and seeds like Chia, Pumpkin or sunflower seeds.
