Seems like Avocado risotto but with no cheese of course but with creamy and tangy taste..
Avocado is full of nutrients, vitamins and help you in so many ways it's a good source of fibre and good fats for your health.
This recipe is self discovered and tried so many ways but this one is a big hit...
Hope you guys will like if you are a fan of avocados.
So let make it... today...
Preparation time: 20 mins
Cooking time 10 mins
4 Ripe avocados
1 cup rice
3 cloves of garlic mashed
1 inch ginger mashed
2 tsp cumin. powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika or green chillies if you like little spicy..
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 tsp salt (Adjust as per your taste)
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves chopped
Cook rice and keep it aside for 10-15 mins
Take a bowl mash avocados and add all the ingredients except paprika and sesame seeds.
Add rice and mix evenly do not overtax otherwise rice will get mashed too..
Garnish with paprika and sesame seeds and topped with some crispy burrito jalapeño chips
And its Ready...!
